Since then, she has made landscapes and architecture her speciality. This is not without reminding her colourful personality which is very distinctive in her photos. She prefers nature to the city, colour to black and white, shapes and geometry to chaos.
Alisa Aidarova
Alisa has been surrounded by art her whole life. She was born into an art family and naturally has loved drawing since she was a child.
A large part of her professional life was spent as an interior designer, creating murals, portraits and landscapes for interiors. She has always felt closer to nature than to big cities and an unexpected trip to Portugal in 2020, during Covid-19 changed her life.
Alisa was able to fully return to painting once settling in a more favorable environment. This is how her creative journey in Portugal began. Currently exhibiting in different European countries, Alisa works with different techniques and materials, constantly experimenting and discovering.
João Custódio
Growing up surrounded by his mother and grandmother, who crafted bags and baskets from natural materials, João developed a deep love for creating. His passion for craftsmanship grew during school, where he thrived in craft classes and began experimenting with transforming materials into unique designs.
Today, João creates jewellery like no other — no precious stones, metals, or plastics. Instead, he uses recycled paper, crafting stunning, eco-friendly necklaces and accessories through a method he invented himself.

Isabel Avó
Isabel Avó grew up by the sea, embracing drawing, illustration, and painting as both therapy and self-discovery. Her art, inspired by the feminine universe, expresses emotions beyond words, exploring gestures, strength, and fragility, and creating a poetic, human space for reconnection with oneself and the world.
Cristina Oliveira
Cristina Oliveira has been a Holistic Therapist since 2003, with extensive experience in various modalities. In 2008, she discovered the Human Design System – a turning point in her journey. This method deeply resonated with her personal mission: helping individuals live in alignment with their true nature and life purpose.
Today, Cristina is a certified analyst and teacher accredited by the IHDS (International Human Design School). She offers consultations and courses throughout Portugal, as well as at her own holistic center, All About You, located in Armação de Pêra.
During the pandemic, Cristina’s creative side blossomed, leading her to explore and create artistic practices. This exploration inspired a process of maturation and deep unfolding of the emotional presence which she is now recognized as an artist. These artistic expressions have become a visible extension of her therapeutic work, integrating her knowledge and offering clients a more holistic and transformative experience.
Paula Cabeçinha
In her paintings, the female figure appears surrounded by organic elements and subtle gestures, creating compositions that evoke serenity and introspection. Each piece invites the viewer to pause, contemplate, and reconnect inwardly.
The artworks Florescer, Azul e Serenidade, and A Efemeridade are part of this artistic path, revealing different dimensions of transformation and self-awareness through painting.
